Refund & Cancellation policy
We always do our best to provide you with a great shopping experience. In case, if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 15 days from the delivery date.
We accept the return of products in unused condition with original tags and will be subjected to our inspection.
On what conditions returns will be accepted?
We accept a return if the item shipped to you falls under any of the below:
- Damaged product
- The product received is different from the ordered one.
- Size mismatch
What is the process to return my order?
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a reverse pick up Ticket number. Please mention your order Id, pick up address, mobile number, and product name in the mail.
We do not refund the amount, only replace the product. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your replacement after inspecting the item.
If your replacement is approved, we will ship the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
